Open plan living leading onto the exterior entertainer’s retreat, this contemporary Hamptons inspired family home, offers beautiful natural light to stream in from all angles. Our Brief was to create a blend of Coastal & Hamptons style, and laid back luxury for our clients ‘forever home’.
When selecting accessories and soft furnishings for this project, we discussed each piece with our client ensuring consistency and flow throughout the home. Navy, Ivory and sand were our main choices of colour connecting back to the Coastal Hamptons Brief. Velvets, linens and tassels added texture and interest to the space, while beautifully framed artworks and roped mirrors added an extra layer of detail and luxury to the Central Coast home.
To compliment the Blackbutt hardwood flooring throughout the home, we added a sense of warmth and comfort through handwoven rugs and custom cabinetry which complimented the coastal aesthetic. We worked with Armadillo and Co to design these custom rugs that brought life to each space and a sublime backdrop. We also collaborated with Reso and Co to design a custom entertainment unit - the result was a seamless, natural piece made from solid blackbutt timber and rattan that worked cohesively with the hardwood flooring.
